About Katie Bryl, Owner of Brylliant Design LLC
Katie is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a BFA in Graphic Design. She attended the Atlanta Campus and has remained in Atlanta after receiving her degree.
She has worked in-house as a Graphic Designer at Mohawk Industries, Tenet Healthcare, Fidelity Bank (Ameris Bank), and PRGX Global Inc.
Currently, she is the Senior Designer at Arketi Group, a B2B PR and Marketing firm.
While working full-time, she continues building her design network and skillset by freelancing and volunteering. She has created designs for clients from Atlanta to New Zealand and enjoys getting to branch out into different projects and new challenges with awesome people!
She volunteers in her spare time with AIGA Atlanta, the Professional Association for Design. Since 2015, she has been heavily involved with the chapter and Atlanta design community and founded the annual Poster Show in 2016. The event is one of the most attended events of the year and raises money to fund the chapter’s annual programming.
She has served on the Board of Directors as the Programming Committee Chair and Vice President and co-President with Dio Jensen. She is now advising the new slate as co-President emerita.
When she isn’t working on one of her many endeavors, she is an avid tennis player and world traveler. Food, travel, and her love of animals (especially her dog, Moose) inspire most of the products in the Brylliant Design shop.
