As a member of the AIGA Atlanta Programming Committee, I have co-coordinated the Poster Show for three years running. This year, my poster entry was chosen by a panel of judges to be featured in the AIGA Atlanta Poster Show Part III: Destination Unknown event, a travel themed Poster Show! My poster was inspired by my recent trip to Peru. I wanted to pay homage to the intricate, beautiful and colorful patterns I saw in Peru, as well as the adorable animal life I met along the way. This is “An Ode to the Llama that Spit on Me”

At Tenet for Nurses Week 2018, I created a campaign intended to feature the actual nurses in our hospitals. Each hospital had the opportunity to customize the created assets with a nurse from their facility. The assets include social media graphics, a poster, flyer, TV slide and web banner for our website.
Marc and Amanda Hedglin asked me to create their lunar themed wedding invitations for their fall wedding in Anne Arbor, MI. Since their colors were teal and gold, we decided gold foil accents would be the way to go! These invites were hand cut and foiled with love! Invitations Photographed by Mandi Mitchell Photography
As a member of the AIGA Atlanta Programming Committee, I have co-coordinated the Poster Show for two years. This year, my poster entry was chosen by a panel of judges to be featured in the AIGA Atlanta Poster Show Part II: Art Director's Cut event! My poster was for Lilo and Stitch. I wanted to represent the Pelekai sisters without using their images, so I chose to use the flowers they release as Nani sings Aloha O'e to Lilo before she is going to be taken away. The scene is set in a polaroid photo format, as a nod to Lilo's chosen art form of photography to capture moments in her life.
This Special Edition DVD Case is for the 1997 animated movie, Anastasia by Twentieth Century Fox Films. The assignment was to create a special edition DVD case of our favorite movie. I have always loved Anastasia, and even though it was going to be a challenge to find some depth to channel into my design, it was my favorite. I decided to create three tiered acrylic case that would resemble a museum jewelry case that would house the Russian Crown Jewels for Anastasia's necklace.
This promotional book was done in Graphic Design Entrepreneurship, Fall 2014. This was a great way to learn about making long documents and also how to one day create a promotional book for myself and my own brand. I chose Landor because of their iconic images, and history of branding companies like Fedex, Melbourne, BP and more. I elected to die-cut their L on the front cover to show through to the bright Landor-Yellow end pages of my book. The book comes in an embossed case covered in book fabric.
One of my favorite series, the Ender's Game covers begged to be redesigned. A stereotypical "sci-fi" cover adorns each book in the series, and the books are often an introduction for many kids into the genre, so I wanted to make sure the series stood apart from the other look-alikes on book shelves.
I approached the redesign by applying a simple space background with a geometric representation of a heads-up display you might see in a video game. I chose a font that was a clean, modern relative to the stereotypical "video game font".
This project was to create an invitation to a special even, that had at least 4 folds and an intricate and interesting die cut. I was inspired by the colors and fun atmostphere of the Indian Holi Festival.
